Captain Ryan Foster was born and raised in Appleton, WI. He has had a passion for fishing ever since he could hold his first fishing pole. At 9 years of age Ryan got his first boat … and on the water is where he has been. Lake Winnebago and the Bay of Green Bay along with the Wolf and Fox River are his home waters. Captain Ryan Foster is a tournament angler and has been fishing local and national tournaments for the past 12 years.
